How Does Consignment Work?
A picture may be worth a thousand words, but at Home & Garden Consignment of McKinney, we believe it’s worth cash! Simply email us a photo of your item(s) and our appraisers will evaluate whether the item(s) will be desirable to our clientele. From this point, the appraiser will provide you with an estimated fair market value.

(If email is not an option for you, feel free to bring a photo to the shop!)
Once the item is accepted, it will be displayed attractively on our showroom floor for a period of ninety (90) days. You (the consignor) will receive a check for 50% of the actual selling price.
Please note that periodic markdowns will be made and are outlined in your consignment contract.
